Ruark Lewis is a Sydney-based visual artist and writer, renowned for his linking of art, poetics and political discussions. His technique of transcription is a form of abstracting language re-contextualised into sculptural installations. Ruark has exhibited at the Art Gallery of New South Wales; Sydney Olympics; Biennale of Sydney 2006; Toronto’s Nuit Blanche festival, 2008 and in the 2015 Darwin Arts Festival.
